Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. Photos and job records are stored in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security practices including row-level security to ensure your data is isolated from other users.

Data loss disclaimer: While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss due to hardware failure, software bugs, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business records. We are not liable for any loss of data stored in BinBook.

4. Your Customers' Data

You are the data controller for your customers' information stored in BinBook. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your customers to store their contact information and property photos. We process that data only on your behalf to provide the service.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
